We hosted our Mentors within the scope of our "More Women on Boards" Project supported within the framework of the European Union Local NGO'S Grant Program. Our Vice President, Tat Food General Manager Arzu Aslan Kesimer summarized our project and the developments our association in the last two years. She made a call on our Mentors to act together for increasing the rate of women in the Boards. Our Board Member, Egon Zehnder Turkey Managing Partner Murat Yeşildere emphasized that the issue is a matter of demand, not supply, and underlined that according to their evaluations, women are no different from male managers in terms of competence.
